Originlly set up by splodgethefirst last year, I thought this years participants would like a new thread!

There are lots of different ways to approach this
Starting with £1 in Wk 1 up to £52 in wk 52

    Thanks Mrs C for starting the new thread, I put £228 into account earlier for double 1 forwards and 1 backwards for Jan. So that is me up to end of Jan

  • Thanks for the add, I'm going for the pound one. I'm on week 5 however I've worked it out over the year that some weeks I will pay from the higher amounts and other weeks will be lower depending upon paydays and bills coming out etc. so I won't be following a 'traditional' 1-52 iyswim.


    If I post funny amounts up it's because I'm paying to suit my income dates. I need the motivation and support :)

    Can I try? I will go for the £1 a week, not sure how I will do in the later weeks but hopefully by then things will have improved, need to think positive :). Great idea, thank you :)
    £250 shopping, diesel and any other spends
    December 16- January 15 £345.06/250.00 -£95.06
    £2 saving a day for christmas 2017 £0/£730
    Total debt paid off before 26 December 2017 £3142.31/14,053.85 = £10911.54 left to go

    I'm already on the list. But I went AWOL during last years challenge as I just didn't have enough money to keep with it. However I will try again his year but going for the 50p challenge, as Im already doing the £1 a day challenge too.
