Today I dechristmassed the flat

I packed two boxes for the charity shop
listed some items on eBay
got a notebook for my meter readings so I actually have a record now
checked bank
updated moneypot total
get ready to go back to work tomorrow

I'd probably just roast it as slow as I can maybe cover the base of the pan in some stock so it keeps most.
