Do we really need more DRP letter threads in 2015 when we have zillions from the last decade every single year, all the same? Carry on ignoring DRP and Zenith letters. Collecting debt collector letters is amusing:

We have laughed at this letter chain for almost a decade and I collected those letters myself a few years ago. They are funny! But threads like this are not needed so please no update about every letter or we will all self combust...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I hope you didn't tell Steve Clark about 'getting a PCN then waiting for the NTK'. That's not something to be telling the BPA so I hope you merely complained that you appealed as keeper and haven't been sent a POPLA code (in fact two POPLA codes are due, one per PCN)?PRIVATE 'PCN'? Ok so update - Yesterday went to discuss with the manager he just basically had an attitude problem and does not want to help me. Said he would investigate it if I were a genuine customer (which I was not on the dates I recieved the PCN's) I would have to bring in the paper work and can check on the camera if I left the site etc. So not sure what to do with that. I did anage to get a number for the manager of the company who own the land so might be able to get hold of the landowner through the manager. In the meantime I recieved an email from BPA
Dear Mr__________
I have investigated your complaint with the operator and can advise as follows.
The ticket reference _____ was issued on the 8th October at __________. The parking charge notice was issued for parking in a permit area without displaying a valid permit.
A notice to owner was sent on the 7th November and a final reminder on the 24th November. As no payment or appeal was received this was passed to Debt Recovery on the 9th December 2014. An appeal was then received on the 17th December and this was forwarded on to Debt Recovery as UK Parking Control no longer had the ticket.
It appears UK Parking Control have followed the correct procedure for this ticket and there has been no breach of our Code of Practice. The appeal, was unfortunately received outside the 28 days you had to appeal.
In regards to the 2nd ticket you received under reference _______________, this was issued on the 22nd October at _______________. The parking charge notice was issued for parking in a permit area without displaying a valid permit.
A notice to owner was sent to you on the 24th December and an appeal was received on the 31st December. The operator will then have 14 days to acknowledge your appeal and 35 days to respond. Unfortunately an attachment you referred to was not attached to your appeal. Therefore, UKPC have sent you a letter asking you to re-submit your full appeal.
Once the full appeal has been received by the operator, they will look in to the matter and either accept or reject the appeal. If they reject the appeal, you will be provided with details on how to appeal to POPLA. POPLA is an independent appeals service available to the motorist.
As the operator has not breached our Code of Practice, we are unable to investigate the matter further and therefore the case has been closed.
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

Hi so my appeal was successfull for one of the charges so thank you everyone for all the help and advise. I keep getting mail from DRP though. Is this a LBC letter or just another standarised letter from DRP?
Not seen this type of letter on the forum before.
Hope I have attached it right
