Ok have done already. Not sure what I was doing as I am a newbie. Thankyou. So not do anything until I recieve a LBC from DRP. Should I not even ring DRP to explain that I am waiting for a refusal or POPLA from UKPC?

you cannot receive an LBC from DRP , DRP cannot take legal action - period

NEVER , EVER ring DRP or any other DC on these matters (which part of "ignore DRP as they cannot take any action whatsoever" did you not understand ?)

stick to the other thread from now on please

Ok thanks Redx I have sent a complaint email to Steve Clark (steve.c@britishparking.co.uk) at BPA. Should I try to complain to the manager of the bingo hall and to the landowner as well?

I am not sure who the land owner is but I can try my luck with the manager and if he/she refuses to help me then I guess I can ask them for the land owners details.

Got a reply from Steve Clark just now.

    Dear Mr ...

Thanks for your e-mail, the contents of which are noted

By copy I am asking my colleague Gemma to look into this matter for you - she will be in contact with you shortly.

    Kind regards

    Steve Clark
    Head of Operational Services
    British Parking Association

Next I will try my luck with the manager and then the land owner if I can access that information

Why are you taking this company seriously? If PPCs were cars, these people would be Trabants.

The only time they go to court is when Trading Standards take them there, or they !!!! off an intended mark.

Just for clarity ... what you received from DRP was a Notice of Intent to Scam You into Believing They Intend to Take You to Court.

The reality is ... DRP cannot take you to court, UKPC won't.

Ok thank you. Well because I am worried that if I do not pay up then the company will take me to court. I wrote my 1st letter on 28th November and still no rejection letter or POPLA code. Its new to me so want to get the right advise and this forum is putting my mind at ease.
