Yes they are BPA AOS members (which allows them DVLA access) you only have to Google it. But you are on a forum where with 2 clicks you find the NEWBIES READ THESE FAQS FIRST thread telling you all you need to know. Appeal and win, obviously...
Use the FORUM JUMP on the right to get off this thread as it's not your thread to add to, it's Veed3779's thread. Please only start a thread if you have a query after reading the Newbies thread which is near the top when you click GO next to FORUM JUMP right now.PRIVATE 'PCN'? Just thought I'd update the thread, spoke to the management company couple of days before my appeal time was up and they said they never received my ticket details so it didn't get cancelled as I thought would happen.
So I carried on with the appeal as per the newbie thread and sent my first letter and I was surprised when I got a reply the other day saying they had considered my appeal and had cancelled the ticket! They didn't even attempt to fob me off with there standard letter so didn't need to go to POPLA.
Well chuffed thanks to everyone who contributed to the newbie thread and everyone on here.
I was chatting to the manager of one of the shops downstairs as she's had a ticket and one of her customers overheard us and said she had just won her appeal at POPLA stage said ukcpm didn't even bother to submit the paperwork or something along them lines so it got cancelled.
Just a shame that there's still some people paying em keeping these scammers going.0 -
I dont think UKCPM actually do anything past the NTK. I am almost tempted to just ignore the rest and try get them to take me to court.
I bet if I were to check my tickets online now they would still be 'awaiting payment'Mike172 vs. UKCPM
