DRP are very good at sending out scary looking letters. That is all they tend to do though. It's an attempt to scare you into paying.
Personally I would ignore everything except a genuine court claim.0 -

You can certainly ignore, and you can get the full SP on debt collectors by reading the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #4, which will give you the confidence to continue handling this yourself.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. Hi there,
Am new to this forum and am in same situtation as yours , IAS rejected my claim and i called PCM for further legal way and they said no other option but to pay the amount, Wondering what is the status with your case.
