Final reminder PCM. IAS rejected, now what?

Hi, newbie here
Didn't read posts before contacting PCM giving name and appealing to them which was rejected. Appealed to IAS but had letter from Pcm with final reminder saying IAS appeal rejected.
I have admitted in my appeal I was driver, and that I thought car park was car registration recognition style car park, but was in fact pay and display.
So I have done everything wrong, but can I go forward or should I pay it? Thanks

Did you not get a letter from the IAS with the rejection? It shouldn't be the PPC giving you that news! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

You can ignore, as per Redx's advice, but you should, in addition, send in a complaint to the IPC that there has been no communication from the IAS to you that your appeal to them has been rejected, and this should not be advised to you by the PPC - you were appealing to the IAS, not the PPC in your second stage appeal.
Definitely copy this in to the DVLA as well. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Oh, just searched my emails and I did get email from IAS. Saying it was rejected. So I have emailed IPC but they seem the same as the IAS so think I'm wasting my time.
So I guess I should just ignore letters, until when though??0 -
6 years is the MCOL statute
only deal with an LBC or MCOL (from the creditor/landowner)0 -

Could you copy the wording of the IAS decision please, we are building up some evidence about the way in which they handle their appeals.

EVERYONE who gets a rejection from IAS should immediately complaint to the DVLA by email that the decision was unfair, not transparent and anonymous which gives the public no confidence whatsoever that this is a fair and independent system of appeal at all.

Apart from that, complaint - and it is vital that everyone DOES complain about the IAS every time to the DVLA - ignore and collect the usual debt collector letters and come back if you get court papers or a LBC from Gladstones or from PCM themselves.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
