    I suspect the NTK is superdeding a windscreen ticket, so the NTK has to arrive between day 29 and day 56 , which it has, in the post

    so you just appeal this NTK, not the windscreen ticket

    so I dont see anything sinister, its just them changing tack from a NTD on the windscreen to the driver, to an NTK to the keeper by post before day 56

    just appeal the NTK as I said earlier

    Had a letter through the door the other day saying that they are going to cancel the ticket. I think they realised it was going to be more hassle than it was worth!

    Just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who posted advice. In the past I would have just paid the ticket but now I'll insist on never paying another one ever again!
