    Also - I think Excel have jumped ship as of 1 January, so POPLA should still be applicable to you for a parking event in December.

    Exel the poor !!!!!!s, must be freeling the pinch, big cowboys from the wild west joining the kangaroo court to boost there immoral earnings.
    PPCs say its carpark management, BPA say its raising standards..... we all know its just about raking in the revenue. :eek:

    I can't wait for the IPC to get found out at some point, and then they all have to go back to the BPA, and - and this is the best bit - do a six month probationary period before they can start using the electronic access to the RK database.

    Yeah, I know, but I can dream about it...
