Sorry to those with AF. I'm glad you're all finding the list useful though.

Another symptom spotter here - I'm 10DPO, and have been having pinching pains on the left side of my stomach similar to ovulation pains, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this is implantation as the timing is right. I've gone from feeling like we were definitely out yesterday, to hopeful today. It's such a roller-coaster isn't it? lol
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

Sorry to those where AF has arrived xx

Mouse it really is a roller coaster!! I think I've changed my mind every day whether we have been lucky this month or whether its try again *head in hands*.
I'm debating whether or not to try an early HPT (superdrug one) tomorrow morning. Will see if I cave or not...

Cats, thanks you so much for the heads up on acupuncture! I've been having a read up on it and I'm willing to try anything now I'm on CD76! How did it work for you? Did you need many sessions? I've discovered that I have a clinic 10 mins walk away and can claim back treatments in my works health plan so think I am going to give it a go :)

So I had it 2 or 3 times a month basically. Still might go back but not sure - will see if we manage a bfp this month!

Just double check re health plan - I thought I could but would have needed to be referred etc so hoping yours is nicer!

Thanks cats, I've checked and I don't need a referral but they need to be a member of the The British Medical Acupuncture Society or British Acupuncture Council so will need to find that out x

Sorry to hear AF has turned up little angel, easily distracted and midget. :(

Mine is due Friday(ish), not holding out much hope for this cycle and my husband's away with work around the time I'll be ovulating next (only for 3 nights though, got to think positively!).

Does anyone else keep looking at their calendar and wondering if they'll be pregnant by this/that date/event? Driving myself a bit mad with it here!

Mouse can i be updated to CD2 please?

Been a bit quiet last month as we choose to have a more laid back approach. Obviously that didnt work as AF showed her ugly face but my cycle returned to 29 days, the same as it was for the first 2 months when i came off the pill and wasn't stressing. Although I had 3 days instead of 1 day of spotting this month.

I think stress is playing a part in us not conceiving, it seems to mess my cycles up a bit. I also think my hormones are a bit unbalanced so need to look into how I can try and balance them naturally. I just need to try and relax more, much easier said than done and i google absoutley everything!

Going for another laid back approach this month with no OPK's or BBT.

Hope we get some BFPs soon, definitley some due!

Alex I think that's my problem too. I thought being in control would actually relax me more but clearly that isn't working!

I think if no joy this month in going to give up on opks and bbt and instead up my yoga and acupuncture...

    Little sorry AF arrived.

Cats & Alex I'm a control freak & in exactly the same boat as you two. I gave up on opks cos the continual negatives were just stressing me out way too much, & since then I guess I'm a little more relaxed. My cycles have been pretty regular since about Dec, & I was thinking of 3 cycles of temping to try to pinpoint ov then knock it on the head as well. So next cycle will be my 3rd & last cycle temping, although obvs fx that there won't be a "next cycle" :p

cats my acupuncturist recommended the Brenda Strong Yoga For Fertility dvd, I ordered it off Amazon haven't tried it yet though.

clara I've been having acupuncture for 2 months now and finding it really relaxing and definitely think it helps regulate things and with stress.

She also recommended a relaxation download by Zita West which I listen to a couple of times a week in bed while I'm nodding off x
