I feel as though it was CD17. We didn't DTD on CD17 but did CD16 and 18. Fingers crossed.
Well that's perfect then. Supposedly the best time to manage to BD is the day before OV. If you try to do it on the exact day then you could miss it. But doing it just before means that there should be sperm there ready to meet the egg when it's released.Mortgage remaining: £42,260 of £77,000 (2.59% til 03/18 - 2.09% til 03/23)

Brains gone funny this morning and I can't work out which past is the correct one to use. I'm usually so hot on grammar stuff! That's going to bother me.
I often struggle with that one too. I am a bit brain-mushy at the moment so could be wrong but I'm pretty sure that you're past OV as you've passed the date of OV.
It's just as well that AF's around for me at the moment as I'm so angry with my OH (for lying about something so completely inconsequential that there was no point in lying about it) that I can barely bring myself to talk to him, let alone do anything else...0 -
12 DPO here and waiting for flight back to Scotland. Absolutely no sign of AF so think I will test in the morning. I've had some small tinges/cramps and lots of creamy CM so will need to wait and see. I think AF is due tomorrow and I usually spot for a couple days before so fingers crossed.0

Good morning all.
Just a quick update on my side. According to FF, I think that I am CD 19 / DPO 5. Its the first month I've been tracking on FF and OPKs (First Response) and there was a conflict between the two about when my fertile days and ovulation were so I'm not 100% sure! Anyway, I was away until the supposed OV day so I think we're out this month too, unless we just caught the tail end! I usually have a pretty regular cycle so I'm hoping that next month I will get a clearer picture.
Hugs to all who are having a rubbish day - fingers crossed things will improve!0 -

I remember getting told off a couple years ago for lying. Since I'd been out getting some supplies for DIY jobs etc. I picked up lunch while I was out, stopped at MC D's drive through on the way back.
When she asked me on the evening what I'd had for lunch I lied. I don't even know why! Just had a feeling I'd get in trouble. Anyway I got into much worse trouble for fibbing.
I'm really not very good at telling porkies at all. Not used to doing it, she says she can tell immediately because I have a stupid cheeky grin that I can't get rid of no matter how hard I try!

I wish my OH were like that, I swear he can lie as easily as he breathes. I get that everyone tells little white lies sometimes, generally to save themselves from the possibility of a telling off, but dishonesty is something I really can't deal with.0 -
Welcome to the newbies!
I'm sorry I can't help with regards to the breastfeeding and ovulation question as we are trying for our first. Sorry.
Hugs to all those who need them.
Must admit I got really annoyed and frustrated by DH on Wednesday night, as we'd agreed to DTD every other night during fertile times and then when it came down to it on Wednesday he didn't want to. I got quite worked up about it yesterday during the day, but decided that I would just try again last night and if he still didn't want to then I would have to have words with him about it. Luckily, he was super keen last night. Not sure why. Maybe he picked up on my not so subtle grump and felt guilty?! lol I have had to promise to leave him alone for a couple of days now though.
I hate lying too Izadora. I went mad at hubby once for lying about something stupid and small. He couldn't understand why I reacted so strongly, until I pointed out that, if he could lie about something small so easily, then how could I trust him not to lie about big, important things?! He had an 'Ohhhhh yeah' moment then.
Hope you guys can sort it out quickly xFebruary wins: Theatre tickets0 -

Thank you. That's exactly my problem with lying, it makes me doubt absolutely everything he says, makes me wonder how often he's lied to me without me knowing and turns me into a proper crazy person. He gets it, he's just an idiot who has a stunning ability to act without thinking a lot of the time...
I'm sure we'll be fine though. As much as I hate him right now, I do realise how sorry he is and that, because it wouldn't bother him if I did the same, he forgets that not everyone thinks like him.0 -

I've had that too but from the other side. I really wanted us to do it as it was the right day for it but she didn't. Because she was just genuinely really tired.
Managed to convince her though. But we have had to skip a day before because of an issue like that. Luckily as it turned out I don't think it mattered since OV this cycle seems to have been really late.Mortgage remaining: £42,260 of £77,000 (2.59% til 03/18 - 2.09% til 03/23)
