CD17 (I believe) and have no idea what is happening. We are DTD regularly just in case. I am so stressed this month with work that I think it may well be having an impact on ovulation this month. I just don't know what to do.

Welcome to all the new ones. Hope your stay is short.
  • Welcome newcomers and hugs to those with AF. Good luck 2wwers!

CD7 here and still not feeling like posting much. Haven't BD'd yet this cycle either... we are just feeling really fed up at the moment. Will need to make the effort though.

Quick reintro for those who asked:

TTC #1 since April 2015 after 6 years on BC
    2nd cycle using the CBFM
    1st cycle using Conceive+
MancMama4 (35) TTC since Apr 15, MMC Dec 15, Our Rainbow Baby Charlie arrived Dec 16 :heart2:

Cd15 with a hubby who's spent the last two days of our relaxing romantic baby making holiday in bed being sick from both ends. Unless he gave me miracle week lasting sperm on cd11 I think I can safely say we're out.

Mancmama, I cam empathise, I bawled in the bathroom last night while he was asleep, we've missed two months now due to him being sick at exactly the wrong time and no luck on our other perfectly timed two cycles. I'm surrounded by accidental pregnancies and those up duffed who 'weren't really trying'. I actually have times when I think it's making me psychotic, my personality doesn't suit constant disappointment or unknowns.

I've banned talk of any future children in my house now, its too painful a reminder that it's not happening. Hubby tries to understand but he doesn't share any sense of urgency and says that if time doesn't work for us then we'll resort to science, its that easy for him, I wish I could share his optimism.

Very happily married on 10th April 2013 :D

Hugs to MancMama & jtr, sorry to hear you're both having such a horrible time xxx

AF has arrived (I think) - spotting started last night, much heavier now.

Hi all!!! How is everyone doing?

so CD22..have been very lazy with recording temps or anything lately, not only have I been crazy busy, I havent really wanted to worry about ttc at the moment. We did have a well-timed bd, but only once.

Honestly being so tired from being busy just makes us quite lazy.

    Hi all

Hugs to all who need them.

CD16 here and finally got a positive opk today. Started to show on the opk yesterday but was weaker than today. Hubby wasn't up for BD'ing yesterday, but was surprisingly enthusiastic about it today lol so we've got a chance now which I'm happy about. Just have to wait and see what happens next.

Evening all! This is my first time posting in here.... so firstly, hello!

We have been ttc #2 for a few months now without success.

I had my 21 day bloods last month which showed a very high progesterone level & that everything else was fine & I had a scan which showed I was definitely ovulating - which is all brilliant - but I'm still breastfeeding my 2 year old and so now I'm starting to wonder if that could be related to not having any luck falling pregnant.

I know women fall pregnant breastfeeding all the time and if they can't it is usually because they aren't ovulating - but I have no idea how to tell if I'm one of the rare cases where any breastfeeding prevents pregnancy. Just wondered if anyone has any insights? TIA

    Crazy month.

I think we're definitely past (passed?) OV now.

Brains gone funny this morning and I can't work out which past is the correct one to use. I'm usually so hot on grammar stuff! That's going to bother me. You know when you look at something you've written and it just doesn't seem right?

Anyway, it must have been much later than usual. She had a cramp in one side and lots of ewcm on Tuesday CD20. We managed BD on CD 11, 14, 16, 18, 20. So much later than usual.

Lots of CM since, yesterday was blobby wallpaper paste, today is very creamy. After a long time of no CM she seems to be getting it all at once now towards the end of the cycle.

Glow has updated itself and completely changed prediction for this month of when the most fertile days were and also when AF is due, suggesting it's now a 35 day cycle. (Was expecting 30-31)

So we don't really have a clue when it's going to be due!

Well after all that nature threw us a lifeline and made o cd18 again (tomorrow) from the looks of things so I told hubby last night and he somehow forgot that I'm going away at lunchtime until Sunday.

This is the first cycle we actually have no chance with since we started, I'm refusing to be annoyed, no point. I'm trying to be philosophical and tell myself that it's obviously just not the right time. I'm going to have a great weekend of drinking and eating with my friends.

Hubby advised to get his sh*t together for next cycle, he keeps telling me how much he wants children but that doesn't always translate into actually trying. He has some issues which we are both aware of but he needs to start working on them to prove his commitment.

Thanks angel, good luck for the coming cycle.

Hope we have some more good news this month, seems to be a lot of us hanging around again :(

Sending baby dust to euro, Freddie, moving and actually everyone on this emotional roller coaster.

CD19 today. Ovia tells me ovulation was at around CD14. I just don't think that is correct. I feel as though it was CD17. We didn't DTD on CD17 but did CD16 and 18. Fingers crossed. If it was CD14... I just don't know. Horrible month.

It is the first time we've had sex purely to conceive which has been very strange. We like romance lol.

Hugs to all that needs them, it seems to be a common theme that this month is a difficult one.

Welcome KTB, hope your stay is short.
