I'm out this month as the heat stopped any bedroom play 😢😢 ah well guess just got to hope for next month
  • Day 68 and I've finally got a temp rise!! So I'm calling 2DPO :D I'm not very hopeful of catching this month - BD imperfectly timed - but at least I should definitely get a period and things can start to move again. Hallelujah!

Same story here, Lemon Tree. We managed it once, on my birthday. It was horrible.

I was reading an article in the paper today, where couples were confessing that they liked BD at different times of the day and struggled to BD at a time they were both "up for it". All the couples seem to agree that they managed it "At least twice a week" though. Twice a week? My DH is lucky if he gets it twice a month outside of TTC  My other thought was "Why are they sharing this with a national newspaper?". I'd have to go into hiding if a national paper published a story about my bedroom activities. Probably from a combination of humiliation and avoiding the pitying stares of my neighbours after reading such a short, dull article ;)

You're joking about twice a week, right? We manage about once a fortnight, and that includes ov week! I hate it when OH suddenly goes "I'm too hot, let's stop" - now that is a pain in ov week!:mad:

No, what we do here is entirely different - I'm pretty sure at least 50% of the population (Most likely the half with dangly bits between the legs) are too scared to venture into this thread for fear of what we're discussing

Sorry I've been AWOL for so long. We had a lovely 2 week holiday which I think was just what we needed to relax. Not enjoying being back at work now though :-(

I'm CD 26 now, and holiday was just at the right time and we managed to BD 15 times while we were away. We missed a couple of days but doubled up on others. One evening we stupidly decided to do it on the chair on the balcony, which collapsed half way through, cutting my leg in 4 places! I wasn't really in the mood after that.

I can't imagine telling details like that to a national newspaper though!

DH got his SA results back. For you ladies assuming there might be something wrong with your OHs, it's not necessarily the case. I have a perfect 28 day cycle, have had several tests now which all come back normal. So DH was really worried that he was "to blame", especially when he got a phone call from the doctors saying there was a problem with his sample. But his results are fine as well.

We all discuss bedroom habits on here, is it that much different? I have or had people from this board as facebook friends so they k'now' who I am, doesn't both me, bedroom activities are a fact of life.

I am in a similar boat to Lulu, BD is a non event in my household really as OH has never had a sex drive, fortunately he's been pretty ok with TTC-ing but I really thought I was alone in my frustrations but actually, men with low/no drive are more common than you think, it's just that we are conditioned to not talk about it.

3rd flashing smiley here today, temp still low so hoping for a rise soon!

    Fingers crossed me-charlotte! :j

I will happily discuss it with most of my friends but I just can't imagine my parents, or my boss, reading about my bedroom habits.

I have an appointment today for a chlamydia test and final blood test I need before they will refer us to a specialist. They really make you jump through hurdles before they'll do anything to help you but at least we're getting somewhere

OWWWW!!! Hope your leg is better. I'm sure it will be a funny story to share with friends, at SOME point! Maybe it will eventually be 'the' conception story! :D

AFM, we're going to meet the Donor tonight, hotel has been booked!

I'm CD16, still can't really interpret the cheapie OPKs, it looks a bit darker today than yesterday, so we're just going to go for it and hope for the best. This is our one chance this month - that is a LOT of pressure!
