No I never touched iTunes or a laptop/computer I set it all up on my existing iPhone 5. Go into settings ..... There's an option for icloud and you need to set an icloud account up in there and then back up the existing iphone to icloud then once backed up insert sim into new phone and restore from icloud. Cjj if you're still stuck give me 20 mins and I will help you I'm just bathing my 2 yo and gettng him to bed x
