iCloud is the easiest way. I have iCloud switched on all the time, it backs up once a day I think. Back up to iCloud.....on the new device sign in to iCloud and it gives you the option to restore your back up on to that device. Im not good with iTunes either but using the cloud is really simple.

Was in W today, and it's probably old news but there's loads on offer at half price til 27th Jan. Washing stuff, various foods etc. Certainly helpful if conditional spends left or for comps. Hth.

The size if your sim doesn't matter. If you use the cloud you can put the entire contents of your old phone onto the new one. If you've not been backing up to iCloud regularly, the back up may take a bit of time. I transferred the entire contents if my old iPad to my new one in minutes. HTH
