im a thicky when it comes to things like this. all I done is connect to iTunes and I just followed the prompts. sorry I cant help further.

When I plugged it in to laptop I got no prompts
Must have not downloaded iTunes correctly lol

When I upgraded from a 5 to a 6 I just backed everything up with icloud on my 5. Then put sim into the new 6 and restored from icloud. Everything was there including all photos, contacts, emails etc

I assume cjj cant do Icloud as cant do it through iTunes. don't you have to go through itunes to set icloud up.
