Definitely not in a rush. The new build we have our eye on isn't due for completion until April/May time.
The contract with the EA is for 6 weeks and the one we didn't pick is offering identical terms so I'll quite happily take 6 weeks and change if need be
I won't be forced into taking an offer I'm not comfortable with
and that is probably why they have priced it to sell in 2 weeksWhen The Fun Stops Stop0 -

They are one of the worst purchases I made some years ago, when I bought a tub at £5:eek: offer price (probably influenced by msm's markings of "savvy buys" on merely "half" price 'offers':(). It turned out the tub contained just ten packs of Haribo sweets. That's right - ten packs of effectively those 10p mini bags that I could have bought ten of for a pound (or even thrown one extra in at either T or M and paid the same price - 11 for £1 offers). I felt absolutely cheated - ten packs of 10p Haribos that I paid 50p each for:eek:, just because they were in a tub, or otherwise some Haribo 10p packs and a very expensive tub. If that's what they contain, then £2.50 is a non-starter. We get 10p packs all the time:rotfl:. I did get a big pack of Haribo Spookys just after Hallowe'en the year before last (didn't manage any last year) - lots of bags in the pack - and of course sweets are sweets regardless of what time of year is or what they are called - total cost for all that lot: 10p.
Crikey Savvy, I'd have asked for my money back!
All the tubs we've had in the last few years have had a fair few bags in (the one we got this year has 24).Historic Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!
Mortgage started June 2015 = £170,000 January 2022 = £134,000
Saving for Xmas 2022= . . Amazon £55

I used the Impulse Be Surprised last month and assumed that it was still working. If it wasn't, I then thought that the Sure Tropical Anti-Perspirant Deodorant Compressed 125ml that Wackynut posted about just before Christmas would be. Unfortunately, it seems that they are both now in the offer on msm, so are useless to us.
Sorry for raising hopes..:o:o I will try to get to my A sometime soon and make it give me a new trigger.0 -

If you use TCB Snap & Save, Young's Flipper Dippers Fish are now paying you, even if you don't compare vs Morries (or even if you can't if you live in Northern Ireland). Buy one at 98p in A and £1 cashback. Except maybe add on the cost of scanning, the electricity spent on the scanner - probably more than the 2p:(, so not quite better than free:rotfl:.0
