    I don't know :o
We had multiple agents come out to value us and they all quoted the same value (which was similar to what I'd expected).
We live in a sought after property (ideal first time buy/developers property).
I'm a very picky person so if I'm not happy we won't accept any offers :D
I'd happily stay put here for another decade if we had the room :D

Depends how quick you need to move I guess but 2 weeks sounds mighty quick.
If you are in no rush as such add a bit you never know and you can always accept an offer of this price anyway

Collected my thorntons moments, all charged at £2 a box. Now just waiting for results!!

Also noticed quite a few other boxes of chocs rtc, unfortunately none available on a.com at my store but may be for someone.
    Thorntons Viennese £1
    Thorntons Classic dark £1.25
    Thorntons classics mint £1.25
    Ferrero golden gallery 216g £1.75
    Elizabeth shaw crisp collection £1.25
    Lily o'brien a ultimate chocolate collection £1.25
    Ducdo chocolate truffles £1.25
    Haribo tubs £2.50
    Thorntons wonderful box £2

I think those Haribo tubs are a rip-off, if I'm not mistaken as to what they are. They are one of the worst purchases I made some years ago, when I bought a tub at £5:eek: offer price (probably influenced by msm's markings of "savvy buys" on merely "half" price 'offers':(). It turned out the tub contained just ten packs of Haribo sweets. That's right - ten packs of effectively those 10p mini bags that I could have bought ten of for a pound (or even thrown one extra in at either T or M and paid the same price - 11 for £1 offers). I felt absolutely cheated - ten packs of 10p Haribos that I paid 50p each for:eek:, just because they were in a tub, or otherwise some Haribo 10p packs and a very expensive tub. If that's what they contain, then £2.50 is a non-starter. We get 10p packs all the time:rotfl:. I did get a big pack of Haribo Spookys just after Hallowe'en the year before last (didn't manage any last year) - lots of bags in the pack - and of course sweets are sweets regardless of what time of year is or what they are called - total cost for all that lot: 10p.

  • I have just found something that will definitely be of interest to some of you. I have not tested it yet, but it looks likely to work A v W (add to a Tob Shop..:D).

Buy 2 of these Sanex shower gels plus a trigger in the 3 for £5 toiletries offer and potentially get an apg return of £5.52

sadly no, she is a single mum after her ex dumped her, while pregnant :( she is looking to go back to work in the new year but will not be able to buy a house for a long time, she has sorted herself out so well and it has been a struggle, as she ended up homeless after they split, (they were living in his mums house ) so she has set up a lovley home for her and her baby,

Oo, thank you - might make one of the Toblerones (no need to buy any more than that per shop;)) 12.7p instead of their expensive ten per cent off 75p cost:rotfl:. Are there any triggers in the 3 for £5 offer?
