  • Morning - off to work shortly - might just have time for a couple of rinse and repeats before my first meeting! Xxx

A house divided against itself cannot stand - I love this proverb, and thanks to my lovely family for making me realise that we can get through most things together ;)

    Morning all

I had the most horrible realisation yesterday that I'm probably not going to get everything done at work before I finish :( this does not please me, especially if I cant work tomorrow because of the forecast snow.

Guess who plugged her phone in last night to charge but forgot to flick the switch?! :rotfl: :rotfl:

Oooo congrats dipdap. We went on last Monday and haven't heard a dicky bird since. I am surprised!
Everyone I know has sold within days or on the day they went live, so something is amiss here...............

    Thanx Hun :)
Have you not had any viewings?
Might be worth getting a friend to cold call your EA to see how and if they try to market your property to them?
Dipdab....I am getting excited for you xxxx

You need to give me all the details .... and I can live my life through you (sorry)

You don't want to do that, I've had nothing but tears and stress for the last few days :o
I'm currently stressing out because we didn't get any extras thrown in for free (probably means we got the selling price lower) and I have no idea how bad my kitchen is going to look
I am really stressing out over the smallest things :o :rotfl:
