Ooo well done on the house sale. Is it a new house as in its being built?
My hobby much to mr monkeys annoyance is looking at show homes, they really "sell" them with the interiors.
Mr monkey always comes back :( that our house is more of a "home" complete with monkeys and clutter:) and full of ideas to knock down walls etc:eek: after we saw a new house in the summer I've banned him from accompanying me:)

    Thanx :)
Yes it's a new build (I sound such a snob!) so very un mse :o but after living here for more than a decade (not nice area :( ) we decided if we're going, we're doing it in style :)
I've loved looking at the show homes and it's a big shock when you realise just what isn't included. One of the house builders here doesn't even turf the garden

Exactly the same thing happened to me with the Lotto. Should have got £3 + £10. Both initially tracked, then the £10 vanished so I had to raise a claim early last month, but that is still open......in the new claims section where they moved it to. Have you looked there ?

Hi can you tell me where you find the new claims section please.

that is such a shame after spending so long, and it is only a few weeks left, is he concerned he is going to fail anyway, so is giving up instead or has he just decided he wants to choice a different path, maybe if he realises if he gets the qualification he can then take a different path but have it for a back up, it will also look better on his cv if he if he at least completes the exams even if he decides to work in another field,
sometimes it is impossible to change their minds and we just have to let them learn by their mistakes:(

The head at our junior school did the same - he was a very talented musician - piano and trumpet and other instruments. He came to the late teens and the exam years and he dropped it all, everything. He didn't touch an instrument at all again until his early 20s going through teacher training and he then took them all up again.
He was a fabulous teacher - the school had a very rich programme of music and drama all organised and powered by him.
My 3 all did various instruments and sadly stopped when they finished high school but I still keep all of the instruments in the hope that some day ...

    Afternoon everyone.

Are the Udi's giving the same return as before? Doesn't take much to confuse me I'm afraid!

Sarah, sorry to hear that your DS treated you that way, thats not good.

Dipdab - well done on the house sale, that was quick!

Had a call from fracture clinic, DS has an appointment tomorrow for his dislocated knee. Bit short notice, but luckily its my day off. A&E had said it would be a week or two, so a bit surprised it is tomorrow.

    Thanx Hun :)
