I went for some wombles today - I arrived at the best time (20 minutes before closing on Sunday) as lots of them around. I had hoped that people would be doing proper shopping today and not including Pot Noodles in it as hopefully they have now already got enough. On the whole, it seems they have. Not this one though:

10 x Pot Noodle Bombay Bad Boy (90g)£5.00£10.00
    Vs T and M.
(£8.00:( Sains - not as good for BM:(.)

    They actually bought 12:eek:!

Again it works out not 10% cheaper vs Waitrose:rotfl:. Helped by that particular Pot Noodle being N/A for W.

HG, not sure if you know/are interested but the Sainsbobs next to Asda has a load of the Sainsbury's Erics Squirts Soft Gummy Sweets (180g) for 10p. The SEL is for £1 down to 75p but I took some through SS and they scanned at 10p. HTH.

Yes I bought a bag before Christmas. SEL said 10p and scanned at that. Weren't many left - I suspect these are unavailable in my stores now. Was a nice filler on a BM shop (still is, if you can find them) as a lot more in them than a Haribo small bag. Seemed quite short-dated though - February this year on mine. They will last more than that of course, so absolutely fine:T.
