As he is worse when not eating it, I am eating gluten free muesli which was a sub from the. udis glitch cooked as porridge, it has fruit in and is horrible as muesli but rather nice cooked with a bit of honey.
All my kids love porridge, but hate the sachet type. I bought the porridge that compared.... but I keep the packets and fill them up with SP porridge, the kids still swear it is the best porridge ever! lol:D:D:D

Ooh, I'm another porridge fan. Since switching to slimming world in the summer I enjoy their 'overnight oats' made with fruit and yogurt. Lovely chilled in the warmer months too.♥ Worrying does not empty tomorrow of it's troubles.... it empties today of it's strength ♥0

LOL…. tbh I love the smartprice stuff as I like the larger oats. I bought 4 packs of the oats so simple tonight and 2 smart priceI can mix em up then which gives the best of both worlds . If I had to chose; I'd say smartprice was better, but when my little sister comes she would stick her nose up at the cheap gear!!! Its got to be Quaker for her … kids!!!
Cheers Hun prefer it being a good comparison

TrulyMadly wrote: »Some of you might recall that I had an unfortunate bump with a poor stray dog over Christmas. Well we had another encounter today.
Got in from work to find a poor old boy....a sort of a bulldog, white face but with long legs with brown markings.....a funny looking thing .....walking up and down outside our house. I think someone had abandoned him on the back lane.
I was just about to report him as a stray when the police pulled up and asked if we could keep him in the drive until the dog handler arrived. He had copious amounts of cat food and cat treats bless him. But they were on about 2 hours trying to catch him and I cried bucket loads of sad tears and angry ones too for the ******** that just left him to fend for himself. My only consolation is that although he is now facing a very uncertain future, at least he isn't lying in the streets trying to keep warm:o
I thought he looked like a Rufus.:o
People who get a dog and then abandon it just because they don't
want to look after it anymore make me furious :mad:
When I lived in Badley Green my dog escaped and went courting
outside a couples home whose !!!!! was in heat
They called the police and the police locked him up in their kennels
I rang the police and they said they had my dog I said I would go
straight-there to pick him up so a police officer who went to get him
Did not think that when he opened the kennel door that my dog would
Escape again ... He said to me he was so placid got in the car gave
him a drink in the kennel then the minute I opened the door he took
Off like a bat out of hell . So very sadly left and went back
home dog less much to mine and families disappointment as the
police station that had him was in stoke I was upset that he would be
Run over dead some where as we had only recently moved to Baddley
Green from Durham so my poor Ben was gone and I was really upset
Wondering where he could be kept phoning police to find out of dead
dogs and strays to no avail ...then one night about 7-30 I could hear
a whine and a whimper and being in the kitchen thought it was from
the television then a bit later I went to the front door to put the milk
bottles out and there was Ben black as the ace of spades and he had
found his way home ..how he got home alive I will never know he had
many miles to walk which wasn't bad being a dog but the traffic and
the roads he had to cross to find his way home was a remarkable feat
and he had obviously been very lucky to remain in one piece . So I
find it very sad when I hear of dogs that do not find there way home0 -

2 x ASDA Smartprice Irish Stew Mutton with Potatoes, C... £1.06 £0.96
3 x ASDA Smartprice Ready to Serve Custard (385g) £0.51 £0.51
2 x ASDA Smartprice Meatballs in Gravy (380g) £0.80 N/A:eek::eek::eek:
1 x ASDA Smartprice Single Blade Disposable Razors (10... £0.65 N/A
3 x ASDA Smartprice Rice Pudding (400g) £0.45 £0.45
:eek:SP Meatballs in Tomato Sauce might be vs 35p each. Conflict of prices again in M today - 35p one, 40p other, but I'm settling on 35p:rotfl:. Also: :eek::rotfl:those SP Razors were 24p earlier during last year, when they 'should' have compared vs M at 24p but never did because the Savers item in M was too new. M no longer stock that; and I've been refusing to buy SP Razors at 65p ever since.
Yet - :rotfl::rotfl:I get Bic razors vs £1!:eek:_pale_:think: Why do I do that?!? Ah - at least the last ones were 'free' Nectar-paid and used in order to try to maintain the BM values for use off further shops (with free Nectar payments and further BMs:D).:rotfl:
I think my list may help. I did have the Brown Sauce in M at 29p today (I think the reason that was missing was because it was much cheaper priced in A earlier on). The SP Pasta Sauce in M is actually Cheese/Tomato rather than Tomato & Onion - so it's possibly an N/A - but I wouldn't risk it as M could return much higher priced than A. It has been put down in price in M now, by a penny from 35p on Monday to 34p today:rotfl:.
The Cup Veg Soup is a 72g pack in M (A's version 68g 'should' compare, with adjustment for weight), it's straight 1p more expensive in M but I think it equalises with the weight adjustment.
