    Hello people - this has really cheered me up, have been in a financial funk due to overspending in December and January and being very angry with myself about it. But I paid off 7,200 last year which brings the total to....

    I paid off the last 711.10 of my debt plus 600 I owed to my family for a car that they helped me to buy = 1311.10

    Next savings goals:
    £5k emergency fund
    £4k holiday of a lifetime fund
  • I reduced my debt from its high water mark in Aug every month until the end of the year. Between August and December I paid off £4722.69 which by my reckoning makes the total;
