I was at £17k at my highest, and exactly the same - nobody else knew the pressure I was under. Once you start feeling like you're on top of things, it might be worth letting a couple of people close to you know what's going on. It might not work for you but it definitely helped me to have some cheerleaders (in addition to the amazing support I've received on here!)
Sazzie23 is right in that you've already made progress by being here, and like MrWillyWonka said, get an up-to-date SOA (scary as hell but it will help you so much!), and start a diary on the DFW Diary page because writing everything down regularly will help, and we all have days where we just want to have a good old whinge!
Just to add to the tally, I paid off £11973 last year, bringing the total to £458,856.172019 Aim: Save £10,000
