UU: Lush unicorn horn bubble bath bar

Was this nice? My 16 year old daughter who has an obsession with Lush and (recently confessed) eyeshadows is going to Lush today to get one of these amongst other things. I still have a box full of Lush goodies from the sale that I have hidden away in my wardrobe from her.

I too have a problem with candles I currently have a couple of Yankee samplers and about 6 tarts and then the following giant candles:

YC Sparkling Cinnamon - almost finished now
Aromatherapy Associates Relax Candle (mini one)
    Liz Earle Eucalyptus & Rosemary
Aromatherapy Associates Joy Candle x 4
    YC Red Velvet
    YC Icicles
YC Candy Cane Lane x 2 small jars
    YC Champaca Flower
    YC True Rose
YC Large jar I have forgotten the scent of
Space NK Winter Spice x 2
    Space NK Vetivert
    YC Beach Flowers
    Space NK Cedar

They are all really lovely but are taking up a big chunk of space but I still almost didn't resist the recent QVC YC TSV on auto delivery.

I bought that TSV on AD too. I have been steadily working my way through the masses of Christmas votives but still have 2 x full boxes of tealights and a box full of tarts to get through as well as the 3 x large candles in the above kit and another large jar in my wardrobe (Carrot Cake). I do try to burn them all regularly though. I have a burner and 2 x votive holders on my mantlepiece, a large jar and 2 x votive holders in the hall, an electric burner for tarts in my bedroom , a tart burner in both my bathroom and Emma's bedroom. On top of this I save the wax from the votives when they are finished and use them in the tart burners. Very :money:

Currently have a spluttering L'Occitane hand cream - it will be nice to actually use the whole thing up for once..

Me too although it is only a travel size that came as a magazine freebie.

Used up my Seventeen blusher :(

It's discontinued now which is a real shame :( It was such a lovely proper matte rouge shade, haven't found a dupe but found a similar-ish matte shade in Mac.

Post a link or the name. You never know someone might know of a dupe for you.

    More UUs:-

13 Lush Porridge Soap - HG product and another in stash although I've brought out a big tub of S&G Sugar Crush to use first.

14 Clinique Dramatically Different Lotion At last this has gone. I don't mind using this as night cream although last night when I opened a replacement tub of LE Skin Repair my skin seemed to sigh audibly. Have another small Clinque DDML in the stash and think I'll save it for my hols in September.

15 Boots Extracts 50g Cocoa Butter body butter I do love the texture of these body butters but 50g doesn't last very long. Have replaced this already with the bargainous bottle of Vaseline cocoa butter lotion I bought at weekend.

    Morning ladies.

I have an itty bitty uu

Benefit Porefessional 7ml - I have a few more of these in the stash but after that WNBA as I don't have a problem with large pores so other primers are probably better for me.

    Also some ins

Ren Clearcalm 3 Clarifying Clay Cleanser 150ml - I have just opened my current bottle of this and my skin looked soooo much better after about 3/4 days of using. I use it as a morning cleanser and it is really gorgeous on the skin so I have decided to not bother with any other morning cleansers/face washes as I think the foaming ingredients are causing me to break out.

Ren Clearclam 3 Clarity Restoring Mask 50ml - this sounds very good but I haven't tried it yet so time will tell.

Also 2 samples with the order - 5ml Detox Mask and 3ml Rescue Cream.

Dolly, so far I am loving the Clarins Lip Oil, I like the applicator and that makes me use it at least twice a day. My lips, indeed all my skin is horribly dry atm and lips were at that flaky stage where you want to nibble the skin stage:(:o. That has all gone and lips are becoming really soft again. I have various little pots and sticks of lip balm that I will make myself use up :money:, but I see this as being a winter regular at least. I have a chin length bob and even when hair flops forward or blows in the wind it does not seem to gravitate to my mouth like most lip glosses seem to. HTH
The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)
  • Some more UUs:

    15-16) Small hotel body lotions.
    17) Waitrose Sea Salt & Kelp hand wash. WBA in theory but I have ~1 million soaps that need using up.
    18) Boots own brand version of Head & Shoulders. Already replaced with one from the stash, I don't use any other shampoo (though I have plenty that I'm getting my husband to use up!).

  • Just popping in to report an in.

Wilkinson Sword Quattro disposable razors (3) £1.92

This is my brand of choice, although I wanted disposables so I could take one on holiday and just chuck it at the end rather than take my normal razor for which I buy cartridges. BUT, when the cartridges are at nearly £6 for 3, I'm wondering why I bother given it's the same razor...

I have a couple of uu

Elemis Lime Blossom Balancing Cleanser 200ml - I like this until it gets to the bottom and I have to stand it upside down for a week. I have another one in the stash but for now I am going to open a Clarins cleanser. The matching Elemis toner will never end it would appear so I will use that with the Clarins cleanser.

Neutrogena Nourishing Hand Cream with Nordic Berry 75ml - this was very nice and I WBA, I have so many hand creams in the stash I don't need to buy anymore for this year though.
