Ok, I have done this now eventually after 3 days reading other threads and have sent the appeal in online as advised and attached copy of the correspondence received from Whistl confirming the date of delivery to me was the 27th December.

I have today received 2 separate letters dated the same date from Parking Eye, 1st one stated-

REJECTION OF INVALID INVOICE -
All invoices issued to ParkingEye in relation to any alleged loss cost or expense or payments sought in relation to payment, appeal or any other issue by motorists are catorically rejected.

You have not formed a legally binding contract with ParkineEye, under which any right to invoice for payment of goods or services may arise; therefore as stated your invalid invoice is rejected.

2nd letter stated-

We can confirm that this charge has been cancelled and there is no outstanding payment due on this account.

Yep that's their usual current reply and it costs them two lots of postage to boot! Thanks for the update to confirm this still works well.

REJECTION OF INVALID INVOICE - That's their standard rebuttal to the invoice threat in the appeal.

And yet another PE fold when in receipt of the forum appeal.
