RESOLVED: EE cancellation nightmare!

  • Posted on another thread about the problems I was having getting broadband provided. Following that I went through cancellations and cancelled the order and was assured that everything was fine and no charges etc.

    Now received an invoice for 12 months line rental despite neither the line nor the broadband ever being activated. Have emailed Jade about this and will see what happens.

    Do EE have an Executive Support Team that you can escalate problems to.
    Sky's one is pretty effective.

    Had the call from EE today regarding the £300 termination fee. They've agreed there was some miscommunication regarding the cooling off period and have wiped the termination fee completely.

    They are also going to be listening to the original call I had to cancel and feed back their concerns to the agent involved.

    I honestly cannot fault the Customer service I've received from both Jade who's been chasing it all up for me and Steve who I spoke to this evening!
