Vodaphone ARGHHHH

Got a new contract with vodaphone at end of September ,iPhone 6 with unlimited everything and 7GB internet.
8 weeks ago it started dropping calls and going straight to voicemail when people were trying to call, after 4 visits to the shop and them playing around with it they sent it to there engineers to be fixed ,
The phone returned still not working it then got sent back and after receiving a txt today I went to pick it up, guess what still not working ,
They're customer service team are basically saying tuff we are aloud 3 attempts to fix it as it states in my contract , is this true and harsh or are they trying to fob me off

Go direct to Apple and get them to swap it for a new one.0 -

They have made it a little more convoluted but choose not to supply info online and it then takes you to the option to book an appointment.====0 -
I'd second the above advice. In theory Vodafone should sort it, but if you can get to an apple store, from my own experience, it will likely be sorted on the spot by way of a replacement, providing they can see the fault occur0

I think what they say is untrue and you won't find anything like this in the contract.
If so, the number of 'attempts' could be limited only by the SoGA that in fact doesn't limit it. It just says that they have to repair or replace within 'reasonable' time and without causing you 'significant' inconvenience.Go direct to Apple and get them to swap it for a new one.0 -
Like every one said above.Apple is best option for you,will take max 10 minutes and you will be out with a new phone.Dont waste time with vodafone.0
