Is this gambling for children?

Why should it be 'Normal' on kids games? these purchases can only be made by credit/debit card and how many 3+ kids have those? I think only 18+ plus games should be allowed to have these additional purchases. Time for 'Regulation' on these games I think.
Not true. How much of a nanny state would you like to regulate all potential purchases? If a parent can't be bothered to supervise their child, then that's their problem - not one for the rest of us.0 -
To be fair anything to do with sport is a gamble. You could pay £60-£70 to watch a top Premiership game and see a lot of rubbish. It's taken me years of experience to get this cynical0

I've been through this with my son and we have had some serious arguments because I won't let him spend his pocket money on packs or coins. It really annoys me - the games are expensive enough and you shouldn't have to spend more money to enjoy them. It doesn't help that the games bloggers the kids follow all talk about buying coins or points.
Anyway, I showed him the online guides to buying and selling and he's realised that he needs to do that to get players rather than waste real money on pretend coins. It wasn't easy getting to that point though!"Harry, I'm going to let you in on a little secret. Every day, once a day, give yourself a present. Don't plan it. Don't wait for it. Just let it happen. It could be a new shirt at the men's store, a catnap in your office chair, or two cups of good, hot black coffee."0
