Decent enough spec. I would consider a different motherboard though as MSI aren't generally well regarded.
As gunjack states he needs to consider an operating system (£70+) and does he also need to factor in keyboard, mouse etc

Also don't skimp on the power supply. Although the good thing about the 750ti is it draws a very small amount of power.
