Hi

My contract with virgin media up for renewal next month and im yet to ring virgin to see what they can offer me. i want to know your opinion about sky/talktalk/ee/plusnet.

Currently im paying £28pm which includes landline and 50 meg broadband.

currently im being offered £26.74 for 12 months which includes 50 meg internet speed and including landline rental.

do you think this deal is worth it?

You can get ADSL a lot cheaper, elsewhere, but do you want to sacrifice the speed you have ?

i was offered ADSL from EE and i would be paying £10.00 pm and they would increase my EE mobile internet usage to 10GB free of charge.

I dont think i can sacrifice the speed, BT, TalkTalk the internet speed wont be more than 16MB. i think i will ring virgin next week to see what they can offfer me.

As the quotation is the usual 'up to' the speed is likely to be less.

thats right they can never guarentee the speed but the internet speed with virgin is higher than the other providers in my area
