    Hello everyone

Yesterday was a no spend day for me so 6NSD for me. Today is my Birthday and pay day so I'm really excited to say that I am not planning to spend today either. So hopefully later on I will be able to report my 5 in a Row!

    Have a great day everyone.

ouch! well I can certainly tell I had a few weeks off boot camp - I HURT today, but did make it to pole and had a pretty hardcore, but good class.

I feel your pain. First game of football last night in a month (and a lack of any other strenuous exercise) have left me feeling like Mike Tyson has been going to town on my legs.

I also had a horrendous nights sleep, partly down to my aches and pains making it difficult to get comfortable. The OH and I also had a rather rude awakening this morning. 6am and we hear these big thuds. Low and behold, after searching the entire flat, it turns out one of our roof tiles had been blown off the roof and hit it several times on the way down. Great fun!

Anyways, due to my inability this morning to wrench myself out of bed, today's NSD has had to be cancelled so I can get my lunch etc. :(

And another one checking in with number 6 NSD!!!

Is everybody back on board after our Swedish excursion? Pity about the unscheduled prison visit, I still have no idea why that fight started in the restaurant. Someone said it was when Igor ordered, in Swedish, the roast chicken with cranberries, but an error in phrasing meant what he actually said to the waiter was " Go stick your head in a gnat' s scrotum you manky chicken molester."

And of course, when one of our gang gets nutted, the rest of us leap to their defence.......

Memo to self.....never ever ask Swedish Chef to give any more Swedish lessons......
