Hi guys,

I've been Swagbucking a couple of days now and I clicked on 'Gold Surveys' and it says I'm not eligible due to inconsistent answers. I've tried to answer truthfully as I can but I guess answers aren't always going to be 100% consistent, is there anyway to reverse this?

No, usually it's permanent. But if you've only been swagging a couple of days it would be very unusual to get banned that quickly. How many Gold surveys have you completed?

It is a lesson to always give consistently honest answers on surveys, or you will find you cannot earn via this method because they all have ways to police this.

Don't worry about that. You won't make much money from Gold Surveys at the beginning anyway. After a while more surveys will pop up. If not, raise a ticket. Swagbucks customer service is very good.
