Have you checked your phone is actually rooted - just downloading something saying it will root it is not actually rooting it, try checking with one of the many root checker apps.
I would seriously advise being very careful if you have no experience in doing things like this, if you don't know what you are doing you can brick your phone, do a lot of research first!

Rooting your phone will also mean a lot of bank apps will refuse to work as a lot of banks have a misguided view in thinking rooting a phone will make it insecure.
There are ways around it but they can be complex.Don't take life too seriously, no one gets out alive0 -
