instant surveys and blue box videos are not there all the time... some days there are none, other days they are there for a short time only.
Instant surveys tend to go very quick and can be all gone in 10 mins or so.
blue box videos tend to show for 30 mins or so only, so both are a grab it quick while you can thing.

Using an adblocker can stop either showing.
