  • It really is a very under-reported issue, isn't it!!

    Looking back, I don't know how I managed to put up with it for such a long time. I guess I reckoned I didn't have much of a choice!! Alldays is quite a recent invention, wish they'd been around 30 years ago.

    My exercise routine is now - gentle stretches morning and evening, a brisk walk every day, and lots of going up and down stairs as we've just started a major renovation of our bathroom and I'm carrying everything down two flights of stairs to the skip!

    My weight is slowly slowly creeping up. 10 years ago I weight 7 1/2 stone, and now I'm 9st 5lbs - still less than I should weigh according to the tables! I was 9 stone for ages, but since the hysty just over a year ago, I've put on another 5 pounds.
    No longer a spouse, or trailing, but MSE won't allow me to change my username...
