Anyone on t-mobile Pay monthly 10 contract?

Options
Hi there

I am still on the t-mobile Pay monthly 10 contract, and would like to stay on it as it is as cheap as chips, £5.93 a month for me for unlimited texts and data and 100 mins

Anyone else on it and renewed on it recently, what was the best free phone they offered you?

Just preparing myself for the renewal battle and keen to get recent experience from anyone else. I want to keep the contract and get the best free phone as possible.

Cheers in advance

I renewed it last month. Tried to reeve it on the phone, point blank refused citing it's an old plan.... Tried it through on line chat under my account section, offered 12 months sim only reveal at £6 a month..... Suits my needs so accepted it straightaway.

So what tariff did they offer you? They said to me I will lose my loyalty discount if I want to stay on that tariff, pushing up fro £5 odd to £11 odd. Seems counter productive to me?? Especially If I leave

My original tariff was 300xnet mins,300texts,unlim internet with one flexible booster which I chose unlim landline calls.
It's the same tariff as what I was on in 2010 I think... But unlim Internet was a boost..
I would suggest try online chat and tell them you're happy with the tariff you're on and any chance they can renew it for another year.... I had been doing this for two years now... Good luck
