Mobiles.co.uk - Where is my phone help!

Morning all,


I placed an order around 1 week ago with Mobiles.co.uk for a new phone on a 2 year contract, included was free headphones.


Eventually a late delivery was made, I signed for the package however phone and sim was missing. I rushed out to find the driver but he had gone.


I contacted DPD then mobiles.co.uk who informed me an investigation would have to be made. I have little hope of my phone actually turning up, ive asked If I can cancel the contract but was told not without the phone being returned (which ive never had)


Im a little anxious that im going to be stuck with a 2 year contract and no phone, does anyone know what I can actually do about this should Mobiles.co.uk not locate my goods?
