I have to say in SP defence I spoke to a helpful CS guy (an American strangely) who seemed to know what he was doing and I got the credit a week or so later.Hoof_Hearted wrote: »I think it's a Scottish Power policy never to return money to a customer....
HOWEVER, on my online account they still show an account from July 2014 as live (I swapped to another tariff at that time) and when I pointed it out recently, as I have now moved to another supplier the reply I got was"Once the account is closed with us the customers cannot access the online account or facing problem while accessing the account and the incorrect account status showing online.
This is the reason the account status is showing (as live) incorrect online. "
If anyone has a translation of this into English it would be appreciated.0
