Suggesting that the OP tell lies is not the best advice IMV. Once you start to mislead anyone then you may lose any sympathy from a judge and make your situation worse?

And in any case if "she" supposedly moved her property into the garage as suggested she has still not given vacant possession.

All this is academic until the date by which she has been told to leave by the court. Until that date the OP should sit tight and wait.
