Useage discrepancy high gas /low elec ?

Comparing my annual energy uesage from april to april with 2 suppliers i noticed that with my current supplier i used 33% more gas BUT 26% less electricity according to their figures -is this normal or is there something wrong with the figures ? I have a smart meter and my current supplier bills were higher from £90 of old…

Watch out for estimated readings with
Smart meters - they don't always communicate - I had an estimated reading
, all was well by the time of the next reading.

Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill
