NTC - Fine ticket dispite clearly displaying a valid ticket

is the ticket for not paying, or some other "offence"?
Surely not even the IPC can reject an evidenced "I did pay and display" appeal and if they do surely they become even more of a laughing stock.0 -
Depends on the angle of the photos taken by NTC - the IPC will believe NTC if they purport to show a bare dashboard and maybe argue the OP displayed the ticket 'in the wrong place' or some such trash!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
