TUI Flight Delay

Hi - I need some advice before I look to issue court proceedings against TUI for Flight Delay Compensation.
I had written 4 previous letters asking my claim to be looked at for a September 2008 delayed flight, after waiting for court & Supreme Court rulings I now want to issue court proceedings but when I enter the flight number in its showing as being too old to qualify now? Can I still look to win a court claim people?

Thanks.
Pablo

No - you are out of time. 6 years max.

Yes that's right: if you'd started court action (even if it was stayed) you'd have "stopped the clock". But you let the clock run down and now you're time barred unfortunately.
