Have you tried Googling the site name? You could go to the Land Registry (£3 charge) who will give you the info.
But to be honest, if you're struggling to easily get this info, I wouldn't be overly concerned at this stage, as an initial appeal, based on the one in the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, is now seeing PE off, with cancellation being confirmed almost by return. Concentrate on getting your appeal done within the PE timescales. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

head office is courtesy shoes http://www.wynsors.com/conditions.html (google search)
did you actually contact them in writing ?
they must know who owns the land that the store is located on
otherwise its the LAND REGISTRY as mentioned above0 -
Hi Redx yes, I have emailed and written to their Director, I received a reply from their customer services office this was their reply to my email! I have also written to the shop manager, but have not had a reply, which considering this is the only shop on the site?? who else would employ PE to rinse customers of cash. I have received a second pcn today from them, as a week later I returned back to the shop with a relative to look again!! and I have out stayed my welcome by 29mins.Lol I have sent my appeal via email, when do they usually reply ?
Cheers again for all the advice
Hi
Unfortunately this has nothing to do with us you would need to take it up
with parking Eye directly.
Kind regards

PPCs have 35 days in which to respond to your initial appeal. Despite other concerns about PE, they are pretty good at hitting deadlines. Appeals now are being turned around in pretty short order.
But 35 days is their window. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

well, if its nothing to do with wynsors/courtesy shoes then clearly if PE ever tried an mcol they could not cite this company as the creditor, as you have paperwork indicating they are not the creditor, cant have it both ways
so concentrate on winning at popla if they dont cancel after seeing your forum based appeal
I would have thought the NTK should list the creditor, whoever that may be
I would also think that with so many stores around the country, head office would know who the landowner is, if it were courtesy shoes then they are telling porkies as they are jointly liable if they are the landowner0 -

Dear Sir / Madam,
We refer to the Parking Charge incurred on 13 December 2014 at 14:56:30, at Wynsors Stoke-on-Trent car park.

Cheers everyone will let you know re pcn no 2 from PE !0 -
That's not PE doing the 'decent thing' - that's an oxymoron. It's their latest response to our appeals - cancel and pick on a less clued up victim to sue.
Well done though.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
