  • It DOES show I'm disabled because my car tax is free because I'm disabled and this shows on by tax disc.

nope, it shows the vehicle was registered by somebody who has high rate mobility part of DLA and so has disabled written on the disc (no personal details are shown - unlike on a blue badge) , this may or may not be the driver and in my house frequently ISNT the driver

plus the tax discs are null and void since last october and didnt count as proof of disablement on public roads either, so wouldnt count if this vehicle was ticketed on a yellow line or parking bay

you are getting mistaken between your entitlement as a person and the fact that your vehicle showed a disabled tax disc but not who the driver was

your BB shows your name and your picture, so any enforcement officer can easily tell if you are in the vehicle as passenger or driver, the old tax disc does neither

I have no tax disc on my car, I have no need of one and neither do you.

Is now definitely a thing of the past!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
