Recommend a phone for me?

Hi

Not sure if this is the right place, hope this is ok.

I need a new phone. I have an old nokia on 02 sim only. So I would be buying a phone off contract.

I want a phone that has:

Bluetooth
internet browser
Works in the USA (triband?)
Good battery life.
Not cost a lot. (sub £200)

I assume there are sales on?

Any help please?

Thanks

    Too vague and contradicting requirements...
For browsing you need a smartphone, but you can't expect "good battery life" from it. It will be surprisingly low, especially if your current phone was very old. I'd say two days max, but it's a norm to charge smartphones daily.

Simple phones normally don't have 3g either.

There are many smartphones around for less than £200. Very decent ones can be bought for less than £100.

You could get a used iPhone (a 4s or 5) for under £200.
  • I'd say go for a Moto G for Android, or Lumia 630 for Windows. Both good phones for a lot less than £200.

    Windows Phone - yuk!

My previous employer rolled out Windows phones; a number of people (including me) binned the phones and put the SIMs in iPhones instead.

As mentioned - Go for the Moto G. Will work anywhere there is GSM (Actually I think all GSM phones manufactured these days will do the same). However, more importantly, the moto g has an awesome battery life, for an android smart phone. Especially the 2013 version.
