Savvy Shopper! I've been Money Tipped!
Very cool Thistle, bus stops not so profitable in London now everyone is on oyster. But I always see coins outside newsagents and look for them around car parks as well. I've had a few good finds now where I assume someone has got in their car, sat down & their change has slid out their pocket before the door is shut.

Another big tips day. £8 in the jar today in various coins. Plus found 20p on my way to work. Wombling total is now £150 for the year to date. Much more than I expected when I started the count on Jan 1st.

Almost up to enough Mr T points for another day pass to out favourite theme park/zoo. We only go when we have enough passes for the whole family. Saves us around £50 per trip.

Another good day today. Used the £6 off on a £40 shop voucher my son found yesterday, plus the 15p & 50p brand match coupons. A 5 x nectar points on spends over £50 coupon & cashed in a £2.50 nectar reward. So got £59 worth of shopping for £46 once roadkill was also deducted.

Its been slow going for me recently but I did find a 5p in Aldi car park yesterday and 1p under my desk at work this morning. Going to see if I can manage an average of 2p per day = £7.30 by the end of the year. Am over halfway already :)

Linz - it's the looking that matters. You never know what you will spot with half an eye out :)

Keep looking! Asda APGs and free McD's coffees are our favourites. Tesco points are ok. Loose change is always good to find.

of course! All aboard :) My wombling total is closing on £200 for this year so far, admittedly I am lucky that I earn tips and I include those in my total but a huge majority of that is roadkill, coupons found & points wombled. My son can spot a green brand match( & therefore not bother picking it up) a mile off now so training the kids up is easy. He is still green that I found that tenner last weekend :) as I said it could have been him but for a split second.
