if its a new PC and you have not used it much to create data there should be something in the box about restoring it to factory settings, do that first.

Factory reset will revert the system to how you got it, and it should clear the junk you have. Problem with much adware is it comes in with other programs and getting it all out is a pain in the butt, a factory restore is the best way to get it clean. It already sounds like the malware has been modifying PC settings to make removal a lot harder to do.

And despite common beliefs you are more likely to get adware now via a bad advert or link on a shopping site than a !!!!!! site. The ad/malware folks want to get it to an many people as possible, and so putting it on an adult site that may be blocked by ISP's or companies or personal software looses potential targets far getter to get it in to an advert that's seen on Amazon/Ebay or via Google, as its harder to block, no company is going to block Google..

why the "lol" - my PC needs speakers, perhaps yours does too.

as gjchester says, and I mentioned earlier, start again from scratch.

You appear to be building problems on top of each other.

Connect a pair of earphones to the laptop and if there's sound then it needs speakers.
