BT upped my bill on a goodwill offer

I had numerous problems with BT in ordering fibre optic, after many emails batted back and forth I was offered Infinity 2 at £20/m as a goodwill gesture. My bills have now gone up to £21.84/m, I guess they've increased prices across the packages but do I have any rights to cancel this?

Cancellation, without penalty has to be within a certain timespan (30 days ?) from when they informed you of the rise.0
