Yes, we go ever year. It's great and even the basic accomodation is relatively new and modern compared to other parks.

Please don't abuse the possible 'mistake'. You may save yourself £50 this time but you could possibly ruin possible future booking for truthful families, whose only chance to have family holidays at Butlins is through these promotions.........not to mention possibly getting caught out on the site during your break and being thrown off the site!

I am having trouble booking. I go to https://www.sunbookonline.co.uk I enter my codes and email address then it goes to another screen saying I need to enter my sun ref number? any help?

Just had an email to say they've added loads more holidays now including 10th 13th and 17th july also. Gutted as I wanted the 13th at butlins but it wasn't included this year and now after I've booked earlier they've added it.

Me too I can get 17th July at Butlins but hubby can't get that weekend off

When I got the email about 17th of July last night, I could get every choice, butlins minehead & Bognor, church farm & golden coast so went for butlins

I'm not sure if this is the right place (please redirect me if not), but I've booked my idea of 'Sun holiday heaven' - a long weekend at the end of October at a caravan park in Filey.

Incredibly, I've now been invited to attend the Rugby World Cup final, which is the same weekend. Obviously, I'll be going to the rugby!

I just wondered if there were any other crazy people with a similar idea of heaven, that might fancy a straight swap of holidays?

Unfortunately they will not allow any amendments whatsoever, so if you can no longer attend you will forfeit your holiday and will lose any monies paid.

Just wanted to give a heads up to Haven bookers that I got a confirmation email (didn't see it til today!!) so the 26th of Jan and they want payment for the 30th.

Is this the way its been done for a while before or is this a new thing? I didn't book last year

I'm not sure this is entirely true...a few years ago I sold (as in, at the Sun Hols price to cover what I'd paid) a Sun Holiday when we could no longer go. I had booked for a Haven park and all I had to do was ring that park directly to explain the situation and have them change the name on the booking to that of the buyer. I sent him the paperwork, etc.

So it could be worth ringing your park and seeing if you can do something similar. I sold mine on HUKD's sale/trade section.
